 DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT GUARANTEE?

We use only top quality products.  Our balloons are made in the U.S.A.  Our bouquets are guaranteed to float for 2 days indoors. 

CAN I PLACE A SAME DAY ORDER?
At times, our schedule is completely booked in advance, so it is always best to call at least by the day before for weekday deliveries.  SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 10 AM.

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO HOSPITALS?
Yes, we do.  However, most hospitals will NOT allow latex.   Therefore all bouquets going to a hospital will be Foils or Bubbles. Call the hospital to be sure the patient has not been discharged (if the patient has been discharged, there will be a second delivery charge to take the bouquet to a home address). If the patient is in ICU, make sure he/she is allowed to receive Foil Balloons. 

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO SCHOOLS?

Yes, we can.  But many schools will not allow balloons to be delivered to students. Prior to ordering, call the school to verify the policy.  If we arrive at the school and the do not accept the delivery, a second delivery fee will be charged to deliver to a second address. 

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
Yes.  There is an extra charge for Saturday and Sunday delivery.   

WHAT SIZES BALLOONS DO YOU SELL?

We normally stock 11", 16"and 36" latex.  Our 16" and 36" balloons are limited in colors.

DO YOU DELIVER FOR NEW YEARS EVE? 

We deliver  Balloon Drops or Helium filled balloons, to restaurants, pubs and hotels for NYE.  For deliveries of balloons, order early.  Our schedule becomes full for December 28th through 31st by the week before.  So last minute requests are unlikely.
