DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT GUARANTEE?

We use only top quality products.  Our balloons are made in the U.S.A.  Our balloons will float for 2 days indoors in an ideal climate.   Depending on the weather, they may or may not be OK if used outdoors. We are unable to offer product guarantees due to the nature of balloons.

SHRINKING AND OXIDATION

Latex balloons will begin to slowly reduce in size with each passing day. They will also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish.

CAN I PLACE A SAME DAY ORDER?
At times, our schedule is completely booked in advance, so it is always best to call at least by the day before for weekday deliveries.  SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11 AM.

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO HOSPITALS?
Yes, we do.  However, some hospitals will NOT allow latex.   Therefore all bouquets going to a hospital will be Foils or Bubbles. Call the hospital to be sure the patient has not been discharged (if the patient has been discharged, there will be a second delivery charge to take the bouquet to a home address). If the patient is in ICU, make sure he/she is allowed to receive Balloons. 

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO SCHOOLS?

Yes, we can.  But many schools will not allow balloons to be delivered to students. Prior to ordering, call the school to verify the policy.  If we arrive at the school and the do not accept the delivery, a second delivery fee will be charged to deliver to a second address. 

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
Yes.  We deliver on Saturdays however, there is an extra charge for Saturday.

RECIPIENT NOT HOME TO RECEIVE BOUQUET - We will leave the bouquet on the front porch or in a safe place.  We will call the Recipient's phone number which you provided, and leave a message as to where the bouquet has been left.    

WHAT SIZES BALLOONS DO YOU SELL?

We normally stock 11", 16"and 36" latex.  Our 16" and 36" balloons are limited in colors.

MY EVENT WILL RUN FOR MULTIPLE DAYS, WILL MY ARCH LAST?

 Our arches are air filled and will last for quite some time based the atmosphere in which it is placed.  We do offer a refresh option, which we will come out to replace deflated and popped balloons.  The refresh option is not a completely new arch, we will replace 20% of the arch any thing more than that will be the same cost as a new arch.  

 DO YOU DELIVER FOR NEW YEARS EVE? 

We deliver  Balloon Drops or Helium filled balloons, to restaurants, pubs and hotels for NYE.  For deliveries of balloons, order early.  Our schedule becomes full for December 28th through 31st by the week before.  So last minute requests are unlikely.
