SAME DAY DELIVERIES - MUST BE PLACED BY 11 AM AND THE SAME DAY DELIVERY FEE MUST BE PAID.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES - WEEKEND DELIVERIES WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE

CANCELLATION - Scheduling your delivery purchases services and time, including but not limited to expenses such as reserving a time slot and room on our truck, and incurs preparation labor time, and credit card fees.  Therefore, if you cancel after your order has been placed, we will refund the total less a 15% cancellation fee.  Once balloons are inflated, the purchase is non-refundable.  

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO HOSPITALS?
Yes, we do.  However, some hospitals will NOT allow latex.   Therefore all bouquets going to a hospital will be Foils or Bubbles. Call the hospital to be sure the patient has not been discharged (if the patient has been discharged, there will be a second delivery charge to take the bouquet to a home address). If the patient is in ICU, make sure he/she is allowed to receive Balloons. 

DO YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO SCHOOLS?

Yes, we can.  But many schools will not allow balloons to be delivered to students. Prior to ordering, call the school to verify the policy.  If we arrive at the school and the do not accept the delivery, a second delivery fee will be charged to deliver to a second address. 

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
Yes.  We deliver on Saturdays however, there is an extra charge for Saturday.

SUBSTITUTIONS - We reserve the right to substitute for balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.

RECIPIENT NOT HOME TO RECEIVE BOUQUET - We will leave the bouquet on the front porch or in a safe place.  We will call the Recipient's phone number which you provided, and leave a message as to where the bouquet has been left.    

RETURN POLICIES

BALLOON BOUQUETS - Due to the nature of balloons, they may pop or deflate prematurely.  We will be happy to replace any product deemed to be defective.  Under certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may deem it appropriate to make a partial refund.
